CONTRIBUTE:

The Combat Sim checklists and charts are available for free. Although I accept donation via Paypay if you wish to contribute.

Donations might help me buy some new flight manuals or charts to make other aircraft checklists ;)

- February 11th: I updated the OSAN chart package. I was indeed pointed by a fellow simmer that the GPS coordinates of SOJUE and OSCAR were swapped. I also change the runway orientation to match Falcon. Osan is now a 09/27 while the true heading id 085/265°. The Korea chart page has been updated.

- February 4th: Let me introduce you to the new checklist watchdog. His name his Muttley. He'll be very nice with you unless you use any of my work before getting permission first. From now on, he will keep a watck through the pages of the website

- January 7th: Well gents, another year went by. Happy New Year to all of you and your families. I won't wish you lot of money I do wish you all a very good health.

Not many updates last year but I haven't been idle in 2008. I'll start 2009 with a huge update.
First, here's a change of philosophy. From now on, I'll support BMS based version only. That means OF of course :).
It's way too much work fo me to track all versions. Instead of adapting my charts & checklists to different F4 flavours, I'll ask you to adapt your F4 version to my work. That means simply to replace your stations.dat file with the ones I supply for your version. That won't do any harm to your install, it will just mean that all your navigation data will change and you'll be able to use my charts and navigation volumes. If you don't want to use my stations.dat file with your RV or AF version, you'll have to find other navigation references.
You may head to the Falcon page for further information.

I placed lots of new version of the checklists on the F4 download page. Rev 0805 mainly that features a cockpit checks volume, a main checklist volume, a quick reference chart volume and the EP volume that's still revision 0612. All format is A5 as usual.
I also made another format, with the very same checklists. this new format is what I believe the real size format of the pilot's checklists: 13x21cm or 5.12 x 8.27 inches) That format has the cockpit checks as a separate volume but the main volume has the quick reference charts embedded.

I also completed a totally new Korea map. I've been willing to do that one for a long time but never could find the time. I thus spent the Xmas holidays finalizing this project at last. It's based on a real ONC chart and features airbase position, new airbase icon, airbase name, airbase tacan, tower channel, ILS frequencies, Falcon altitudes, Falcon roads, Falcon river, Falcon towns, Falcon latitudes, Falcon longitudes, Flying zones (MOA (Military Operating Areas), Restricted airspace, Prohibited airspace), MSA (Minimum Safe Altitude), Optional Tacan range rings, ... As you see it's a map based on a real one but with info only relevant to Falcon.
There are 3 uses for that map: kneemap in the 2D cockpit, paper chart to place alongside your cockpit, UI map. The chart is 2048x2048 pixel @ 72dpi. It means it prints realsize at 72 cm. Here's a preview:
It's available in the F4 download page as well
