| - March 3rd: The past few weeks, I have been busy updating the stations.dat file of ODS for Open Falcon. Luckily I got a lot of help and I would like to thank MURAD, TAZ, TUGI - GRONK, HOLLYWOOD, WEASEL & CRAZYCALVIN for their precious help in this task. New stations.dat file are included in V.07 of ODS available from PMC. Of course I also made the corresponding navigation volume for ODS V0.7 & higher. The new navigation volume is available from the F4 download page. -
January 3rd: I am giving the forum another chance. I have been hacked quite a few times in the past and I had to close down the forum. A friend made a new one for me and I will try to manage it with my limited knowledge. I hope is will become a place where ideas and constructive critisim are shared. You will need to send an email request to me to be able to post on the forum, sorry for the inconvenience. At the same time I hope it will keep the spammers and hackers away. - December 1st: Well, it's been a long time without updates, Sorry about that. Luckily OP Fox Flag motivated me to make the Brindisi plate set. So you get 4 approach charts, 4 SID, airport diagram, notam chart that may be updated during FF, and a bonus area chart from the ONC chart. The charts have been made with OF4.5. In real life there's no published approach on 01/19, I made some highly unrealistic tacan approaches there. If I had the choice, I would lay down some big crosses on the 01/19 runway and make a NOTAM to close that runway. The charts are available on the Balkan page. -
June 22nd: Lots of update today. Firstly, I created a
completely new DATACARD that will suit all version of Falcon, although
the best use is with OF IMHO. It is much more complete than all the previous
versions and takes advantage of the WDP 1.3 to record data for the VRP,
OA, ... that needs to be inputed in the UFC prior delivery. Same aspect
is considered with MP UHF frequencies, Lines and threat points, etc etc.
The Datacard is a double A5 page: F4 download -
April 20th:
Here's the sequel of the old SP3 avionic checklists updated for Open Falcon
use. This specific volume handles the UHF/VHF radio operation, EWS settings,
IDM datalink, Advanced targeting pod and TFR operation. I might add in
a very short future additional sections relevant to the FCR. Needless
to say, this volume is specifically aimed at Open Falcon. As a reminder,
other versions might still use the SP3 avionic and weapon volumes available
in the F4download page. - March 26th: Daniel M. Whipple and John Hoang have helped a great deal on the conversion of the navigation work for F4 Allied Force. As a consequence, we now have AF specific airport charts sey and a Korea navigation volume. Kuddos to them for their hardwork. LeaPursuit helped a great deal as well since most of the tacan channels in F4AF v1.10 are again the same as F4 in South Korea (except Yechon). The charts are available from the F4 Korea charts page, look for the Af logo to download.
